- Yes. CityBees supports service requests for homes, offices, and commercial properties.
- Yes. The CityBees App allows multi-service bookings, schedule AC, plumbing, and cleaning in a single go.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your service directly through the app.

Payments & Pricing
- All listed services show clear pricing before booking. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for, no hidden fees.
- You can pay securely in-app using debit/credit cards or online transfers. Cash payments are not encouraged for safety.
- Full payment is made in advance to confirm your booking.
- Failed or duplicate transactions are automatically reversed within 5–7 business days to your original source of payment. You can also contact support for help.
- Yes. Every completed service generates a digital invoice accessible under “Service History” in your app and will be sent across to your registered email after each service.
Safety & Security
- Absolutely. Every technician is Emirates ID–verified, background-checked, and QR-verified at the time of entry.
- All partners undergo Emirates ID verification, trade license validation, and technician background checks before being listed.
- You can report any issue directly through the app. Our Quality Assurance team will investigate and resolve it.
- Yes. CityBees uses encrypted transactions and UAE-compliant data privacy standards to safeguard all your personal and payment data.

- If you rate the service below 5 stars, our Quality Assurance team will review your case. If needed, the job will be rectified or reworked within the service warranty period, in accordance with the respective service provider’s terms and conditions.
- Every job follows a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Technicians are trained and monitored through check-ins, photo logs, and completion reports.
