- Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your service directly through the app.

- All listed services show clear pricing before booking. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for, no hidden fees.
- You can pay securely in-app using debit/credit cards or online transfers. Cash payments are not encouraged for safety.
- Full payment is made in advance to confirm your booking.
- Failed or duplicate transactions are automatically reversed within 5–7 business days to your original source of payment. You can also contact support for help.
- Yes. Every completed service generates a digital invoice accessible under “Service History” in your app and will be sent across to your registered email after each service.
- Absolutely. Every technician is Emirates ID–verified, background-checked, and QR-verified at the time of entry.
- All partners undergo Emirates ID verification, trade license validation, and technician background checks before being listed.
- You can report any issue directly through the app. Our Quality Assurance team will investigate and resolve it.
- Yes. CityBees uses encrypted transactions and UAE-compliant data privacy standards to safeguard all your personal and payment data.

- Our team typically responds within 10 minutes during business hours.
- Yes. You can mark your preferred services as a “Favourite” and rebook them anytime.
- If you rate the service below 5 stars, our Quality Assurance team will review your case. If needed, the job will be rectified or reworked within the service warranty period, in accordance with the respective service provider’s terms and conditions.
- Every job follows a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Technicians are trained and monitored through check-ins, photo logs, and completion reports.

- The CityBees Partner App connects verified service providers with customers across the UAE, helping them manage jobs, schedules, and payments — all in one app.

Service providers must hold a valid Emirates ID, Trade licence and meet CityBees’ verification and quality standards before being listed on the platform.
- After onboarding, CityBees verifies your business and conducts background checks on all technicians. Your team then undergoes training based on CityBees’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Once approved, you’ll start receiving job requests that match your skills and location.
- Jobs are matched based on your location, skills, availability, and performance ratings.
- Yes. As part of the CityBees onboarding process, every service provider and their technicians undergo training aligned with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This ensures all partners deliver consistent, high-quality, and safe services that meet CityBees’ standards.
- Jobs are distributed evenly across partners based on availability and rating, ensuring fair access to all.
- All partners are verified through Emirates ID, trade license, and background checks before activation.
- CityBees handles collections on your behalf. Once the job is completed and verified, your payment is securely transferred to your registered account.
- Yes. CityBees charges a small service fee per completed job to cover platform and administrative costs — clearly visible before job acceptance.
- You can view completed jobs, pending payments, and total earnings in real time on the web dashboard.
- Providers and technicians cannot chat directly with the service requester through the app. However, you can communicate with the CityBees Support team via the in-app chat for any updates, clarifications, or assistance.
- Once a technician is assigned to a service, the requester’s contact details will become visible to the technician, allowing direct communication if needed. Similarly, the requester will be able to view the service provider’s contact details once the service is assigned.
- You can request to pause or reschedule a job directly through the app. The requester will be notified of the change, but no confirmation process is required in the system.
- CityBees offers a rework guarantee. If an issue is reported within the warranty period, you’ll be notified to revisit and resolve it.
- Yes. As a service provider, you can invite multiple technicians to join your company and assign them to specific branches. Each technician will have their own individual account and login.
- Our Partner Support Team assists with onboarding, app setup, payments, and job-related queries via chat, email, or phone.
- All customer bookings are ID-verified, time-stamped, and trackable. In-app support is available if any issue arises.
